Bellow you can find the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. Please contact us if you cannot find the answer to your specific question.

 

1. What do I do if my product is defect or broken?

All returns and claims have to be registered and handled on our return website: returnweb.skruvat.com. On the return website you register your return yourself and get a delivery note to send your product back. Log in to the return website with your Skruvat.com user name and password.

If you have additional questions you can always Contact our Customer service, preferably through e-mail. Please note that you always have to send the product back as a business package.  

 

 

2. How can I pay?

When it’s time to checkout and pay for the products in your basket you can choose from a selection of payment options. There are 3 payment options: Credit card, PayPal or by invoice. If your purchase is over 100 Euro there is also in some European countries possible to make installment payments. Read more about our payment options here

 

3. It says on order next to a product, how long is the shipping time?

If you click on a product to see more detailed information, for example on order 2-4 days. This is based on that the product is available at our supplier.

 

4. Which part fits my car?

  1. Choose your car model on the start page and then click the button “Search for Parts”.
  2. After selecting you car model, go to the menu in the left column. If you for example are looking for brake discs click the menu for brake systems and all the brake categories with brake products for your car make & model will appear.
  3. The car manufacturers sometimes make changes in the middle of a production series so for some cars there can be several alternative parts in the same category. Please click on the part to get more detailed product information. Always carefully read the detailed product information to choose the correct product for your car.

If you are unsure about a specific part and have any type of questions please send a mail to our Customer Service with information about your car and part you are looking for and we will be happy to assist you.

 

5. How do I order?

  1. 1. You make your order at Skruvat.com. You cannot order through e-mail or by phone but we will be happy to assist you through e-mail or by phone.
    • Manually choose your car type on the start page and click the button ”Search for parts” (only the parts for your specific car will be shown after this selection)
    • Find the parts you are looking for by using the menu in the left column or through the search function on the top of the page.
    • Once you have found your car part, click the “Buy” button and the product will be added to your shopping basket.
  2. When you are done with your shopping click the green “Check-out” button on the top right side of the web site.
  3. Your shopping basket will appear with all selected products. Choose shipping option and register you personal information. When this is done a green “Continue” button will appear.
  4. Verify the information, read our terms & sales conditions and then click the check box to accept.
  5. Click the big green button ”Confirm Order”.

6. Are the prices with our without VAT?

All our prices are shown including VAT unless you are a corporate customer logged in to your account. If you click on a product to see more detailed information it is also specified if the price is including VAT or not. 

 

7. I cannot continue from checkout to payment?

To proceed from checkout, all required fields need to be filled out. If some information is missing a red mark will appear and once filled out correctly a green check mark will appear. When all fields are filled out the “Continue” button becomes green and active.

 

8. I want to return my product?

All returns and claims have to be registered and handled on our return website: returnweb.skruvat.com. On the return website you register your return yourself and get a Return ID to send your product back to us. Log in to the return website with your Skruvat.com user name and password.

If you have additional questions you can always Contact our Customer service, preferably through e-mail. Please note that you always have to send the product back as a business package.

 

9. When is my social security number needed?

We do not need you social security number if you pay with your credit card or through PayPal. However if you want to pay through invoice we do require your social security number for your and our safety. We need it to be able to verify your registered living or company address and to perform a credit check. If you pay with credit card or through PayPal no credit check is needed. 10. Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

No. All order are made on www.skruvat.com and shipped with our logistic partner for each specific country. Read more about shipping.

 

11. How much is the shipping cost?

We have a fixed shipping cost including VAT for each specific country, no matter weight, size or number of parcels. Read more about our shipping & rates.
